It’s November, and I think this is the first time I am writing on this blog this month. I got behind with photoshoots and life, but I’m back. Doing the 10 on the 10th is a great way to get back into writing and doing what I love. This month, I’m going to write about 10 things I like to do or eat in November. I think November is when things fall wherever they will land and leave it there, don’t you?
I am big on apple pies in November. I have my own recipe, but I love apple pies in November.
I love putting up my tree. When I was little it was all about putting the tree up on Thanksgiving day but now Nov 1st hits (I really start Halloween night) my tree is up.
In November I start planning for my December birthday. I do themes every year. The them is what my motto is for my new year of life. This year my theme is Standing on Business (I’m all about my small business this year more than ever)
I start shopping for the holidays. I usually don’t buy my kids much because they are teens so they get money and we travel for the holidays so that is their present. I will get packages in and wrap them immediately and put them under the tree.
I do an unfollow thing on my social as I make sure I want to curate my feed with what I want to see. If I haven’t engaged with you or you have engaged with me in over 3 months I usually unfollow and reset that before the new year.
I bring out the hot chocolate in November and lots of marshmallows.
It’s soup season and chilli. I am the only one that eats it my kids don’t like soup nor chilli so more for me.
I like to get all my cozy blankets out this month and dress the house up with them so I can grab them from any room anytime.
I like to go through my clothes and wear all the sweats and sweaters. I love to layer and November it gets cold enough to do that.
I love to see friends and family during Thanksgiving week. I like to travel and visit a friend or do something in another city for a quick weekend trip. It’s fun to see how other smaller cities decorate for the Holidays.

Kita, I am so glad you link up with me on this prompt. If I lived close to you, I think we could enjoy some soup and hot chocolate while talking about planning for birthdays and what and what not to buy our kids. I would love to be able to travel more, but that’s just not on my radar now. Thanks again for linking up!
