I love a good smoothie in the morning to replace my breakfast. I don’t like frozen but feel free to use whatever you want. I get my fruits from the farmers market or Publix. Don’t talk to me about no other stores.
The Kita Smoothie
Pack of strawberries, pack of berries (from Publix or whole foods already washed for you) If all can’t fit just do half of each container.
A banana
Handful of spinach
Apples cut up (green)
Chia seeds. Pour whatever you want
Some protein powder (all of em nasty pick your favorite)
Elderberry powder (for flue and their cousins)
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
I blend that and then put in a handful of ice and a pinch of sugar.
