Who is happy that time Springs forward this weekend? Cause lawd these dark and dreary evenings have not been good for my mental health. I’m tired of it and can’t wait for some light. Even if it’s cold I still need some light in the evenings. Welcome though if you are new here. Make sure you catch up on my last It’s finally Friday here and let’s get into today’s topic. Today we are talking about back pain and why I think I have it so bad. It’s Finally Friday March 8th let’s get to it.

An influencer shared this video the other day via her Instagram stories and I was like wait…so it’s not sciatica pain. I have went to the Dr but no one has suggested that I go to physical therapy. After I watched the video I was convinced that this is what I have. I am starting to do the exercises at home because I’m tired of the excruciating back pain that I have endured for the past 3 years. I have to sometimes hold on to something when I bend and it’s bad. It only hurts when I bend or sometimes if I walk too much for the day. When I tell you have I have shed tears over this pain and nothing helps…it’s the truth. I went to a chiropractor and I was paying out of pocket for that and all she did was press my back and I’m like I can’t pay 150 for this every week so I quit lol. I hope that by doing these exercises in the video it will help.
