Fight for your fairytale like Disney fights to put these new or should I say remake the old movies into the new (remake of Lion King the new little Mermaid etc.) When I was in high school they asked us in the Senior section what we wanted to be when we grow up. I put down CEO of a bank because in my mind I thought the bank is where the money is at and I wanted to be where the money resides. Well, it’s not quite like that but I knew that I wanted to be in a position to make money on my own terms.
I love working for others and will never not have a steady income even if it’s just part-time but I will start to fight for my dreams. I went to school to get a marketing degree and I need to fight like hell to take that degree and make use of it. How will I do this?
The honest answer is I don’t know but I will continue to have a side hustle, learn from others, fall down and get back up, and fight for the fairy tale of being the CEO of a very successful company that I own. It may not be the bank but it will be the funds that fund me and the life I want to live. Rediscover your inner childhood and don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t.
