the 4 zones of life

the 4 zones of life

My therapist said there are 4 zones.

Comfort zone where you feel safe and in control

The fear zone where you make excuses, lack confidence, and value other people’s opinions over yours

The learning zone is where you extend the comfort zone by learning new skills to get out of that comfort and fear zone

Growth zone where you are finally getting to your purpose and setting new goals and actually doing them.

Now I always thought I was in the comfort zone because I don’t like doing new things but my therapist said I am in the fear zone. I never thought about that until he broke it down. I don’t have the self-confidence that I want because of how I look. I make a lot of excuses and I always wanna get an opinion on something when I should be following my own mind and doing what I want. It’s ok to hear an opinion but don’t base your decision on what other people think especially if they haven’t walked in your shoes.

Which zone are you in?
