Christmas is almost here and feel that I’ve been a good girl. Well 80% good but I still deserve a little something something for the holidays. Remember back in the day we use to get the catalogs of toys and circle what we wanted? My mom would get me maybe 2 of the things I circled and the rest was never thought about again. I wanted to do a quick fun post on 5 things I want for Christmas as a photographer. I may end up buying one of these myself but it’s always good to wish and hope you never know whose watching your list and checking it twice.
I need a new camera bag. My daughter bought me this one last year but it’s not big enough to hold all my lens. I was thinking of upgrading to something that rolls because cameras can get heavy especially if you have to walk when you are doing a shoot.
As a photographer I would love to have this lens. I don’t need it but I want it. I have rented it a few times and I love the quality but baby the price tag is a lot. Maybe someone will gift it to me this holiday season.
I want an ipad. I don’t need it but I think it would make editing quick videos much easier and I can watch my youtube in the kitchen while I cook. I already have a kindle so I don’t need this but I sure do want it. I don’t why I feel like an ipad will make me feel more organized.
I know this one is random but I want the Tezza app. I can afford to get it but I always cancel it lol. I want it but I don’t want it and I can’t make up my mind. I love the app but I’m like I already pay for lightroom so I can’t make sense of having both but if someone got it for me I would love you forever lol.
I am getting into videos more and I would love a gimbal. I am pricing this around and wondering if I truly need it. I would probably get the lens first but this is something I want to invest in later on.
And that is my short Christmas list as a photographer. It’s expensive but I think everything on here can really take me to the next level. I would also add that I want my website redone that’s costly I may take on that myself over the holiday break.
