Visiting McDonough, GA? Don’t Leave Without a Family Photoshoot session
I am located in Conyers, GA, but McDonough, GA, is right in my backyard, and I love shooting over there. If you are ever in town visiting, you have to get a family photoshoot done, or if you are here on business, you have to get some brand photos done. You don’t have to go all the way to Atlanta to get fab photos done you can be right here in your area where you are visiting. Also we are right by the airport too so that will make it much easier to grab a photoshoot right quick. My thing is always if you are in a new city, don’t leave without a family photo session or a branding session to take back with you. New city, new looks, new vibes is always a good thing.
Mcdnough has some great areas for photos. My favorite spots are downtwon Mcdonough which gives that old school flare mixed with a classic backdrop. Or you can pop over to the Hazelhurst House to do some family photos. Southern Belle Farm is also perfect, especially for those fall pics. I’ve done photos at the various parks and a bookstore. I even did a session at a candy store for a senior. All fun spots. You can even use your Airbnb as a location or your hotel lobby. I have done that many times that way you can change outfits at ease and get in a few various shoots.
Doing a family shoot helps to capture the moments that you can’t get back. You want to remember your time visiting family or even visiting your home, and have that captured. I have also done photos where I followed a family around for a few hours to get some documentary-type photos done, and that was so nice the family could have those and put it in a vacation book for a keepsake.
As a business owner, traveling to a new city gives you a backdrop that looks different than everyone else. Your brand won’t look like everyone else in that local market and you get to stand out. A lot of business owners are so busy at home that a trip out of town is actually the perfect time to carve out an hour for a session without the usual distractions.
As a family visiting, having a professional photographer document your family in a new place creates lasting memories tied to that specific trip. Kids grow fast, and traveling together as a family won’t always look the same.
