How y’all doing? How we feeling? I know we feeling good. Although the Project 2025 shat goes into play in Jan., we know that it wasn’t us, and we need to run on that. I want those democrats to get on their ass. Do just like the Republicans do and do something. I am tired of the same ole Dems. I want democrats who do the job and take no prisoners while doing it. I want them to be mean and cut throat stop playing the nice guy role that is why y’all can’t keep shat. They got the house and the senate and if they don’t get a backbone, it will be gone in the next wave cause people will give up and say y’all aint did shat and then here comes the Republicans’ again. Dark white (the governor of Florida) does not count in my book, but the rest of the black governors I am so proud. To my LGBTQ community, y’all did that and are represented. To my black women……..I’m so proud to be in that number. To the Muslim guy….you set the tone. I want Democrats to have a bit of you in them as we fight to stay on top of things. Mississippi….I am rooting for you.
I woke up this morning thinking wow I almost feel American. As a black woman, I’ve never truly felt like I belong here. I mean we here but it don’t be that deep for us. For a second I was like…are we a part of the USA for a change, like for real. They count us out but we are the backbone of the Democrats. Stacey, you set the tone for Georgia, and we won’t forget the work you have done and continue to do. My Govenor is black, and I finally get to live in a blue state….I don’t know how that feels growing up in the South. Can’t wait to see the outcome!

Orange man is kinda quiet….that concerns me. He’s real calm. Matter of fact, so are the republicans. Either they planning something, the project bill will take care of things, orange man tired of being president and just wanna decorate, they couldn’t cheat in time and had to take the L, or they actually understand what the American people want. The last one is laughable.
Why do black people become Republicans? Somebody give me some facts. Do they think that they will be accepted more? Do they really like having the perceived upper hand? Is it truly all about money? Do they feel they will get more respect if they go against their own people? Also let me say this I have noticed and this is not all but I have noticed that people who aren’t black from the US they always tend to go Republican. Think first-generation Africans or Jamaican ones from the UK. It’s like they think they above us, or they take pride in siding with others, acting like they just black by skin only.
Another question….can the Dems do anything to lessen the blow of Project 2025 that will go into play in Jan.? What can they do legally?
I could never become a politician it’s the same as a huge influencer your life will never be your own again. You will be picked apart and almost stalked all the time. Whew, y’all can have that life. I would never marry one either. I can’t marry a preacher either.
Y’all see that pastor with the wife and then the second wife that went viral last week. The stepdaughter spilt the tea and it was hot.
My tree is up. We did purple and gold this year. There is a black angel purple and gold tree topper that my mom had. It was the first black angel I had ever seen. She bought it when I was in high school, and I still have it. I thought I lost it last week while going through my stuff. I was distraught for about 2 days because I would never throw that away. It was in my daughter’s container with her Christmas stuff. Someone put it there because I would never mix up decor like that.
I collect black Santas. I currently have 9 of them and buy a new one every year. JCPenney has a few. I bought this one. You can also find a white one and paint it, but I ain’t doing all that.
What do you want for Christmas? I need nothing, and I’m truly blessed. A friend helped me to get an iPad, which I love btw. I might want a new pot from here. Other than that, there is a Fuji camera that I want but I don’t wanna pay that much for it. Give me some ideas of what you want?
I have updated my She Geechee a bit. I saw God ain’t petty put out a shirt last night after the elections, and I was like dammit she fast. My brain doesn’t operate on that level. Love her shirt, and I was like, I need to come up with a shirt that represents the democrats but also represents She Geechee. I think I got it….I sent it off to Fiverr to get it done. I want to pay a black person but I can’t afford it, so I gotta go the cheaper route. Fingers crossed it turns out well.
Reading
I have book club this month we are supposed to be reading “The World According to Fannie Davis”. I have not read it yet but I plan on it.
Watching
CNN….I only watch them when something huge happens or on election night.
