Love and hate

As always I join in with Marsha in the middle with the 10 on the 10th. Takes me back to old-school blogging and you get to know me just a little bit over here.

Tell us about a color you love to wear.  Now, tell us about a color you wouldn’t wear for a million dollars!

I love to wear grey even though burgundy is my favorite color. I know you thought I would say black but black is linty a lot. A color I wouldn’t wear for a million…now I am going to wear it for a million but if I had to choose it would be pink. I don’t like pink.

Share a food you loved when you were a kid, but now you wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole!

I loved Potato salad as a kid but now I don’t like it at all. I don’t know something about it just nasty to me these days.

Is there something you loved to wear once upon a time, but now you wouldn’t wear it to your worst enemy’s wedding?

I wouldn’t even go to my worst enemy wedding…well yes I would to create some noise and pettiness but I loved to wear heels now I can’t stand them and will fall.

Spill the tea!  What is the flower you want your significant other to buy you?  What flower had better never grace your doorstep?

I love lillies buy me that all day. A flower that should never grace my doorstep..roses it’s cliche and I am not a fan of them.

When you were a kid, was there a food you absolutely detested, but now you just can’t get enough of it?

Broccoli. Now I eat it a lot but it has to be sauteed in butter and seasonings

The Sun does shine is one of my favorite books that I am always mentioning to others. A book that I wish had never been written ……Twilight….it was a great movie but never bothered to read the book. I think the movie probably did a better job

Tell us about something your significant other does that makes you go, “Awww…”  But, what does he/she/they do that drives you up a wall?

Since I’m a widow I will say he used to buy me my favorite candy and surprise me with it a lot. Something that drove me up the wall was him leaving the clothes all over the floor as soon as he took them off

Time to spill the tea again!  What piece of clothing do you love and cherish?  What piece of clothing will never ever be in your wardrobe again?

My mom has a fur coat (I don’t think it’s real don’t come for me animal folks) I love and cherish that coat. I am not a fan of corduroy pants. My mom loved putting me in those but I can do without.

Share the holiday you would celebrate often, even every day if you could!  Which holiday would you never celebrate again if you had the choice?

I know you think it’s Christmas but I actually love Easter better. I would celebrate that all the time it just brought back memories of spring and fun. A holiday I would never celebrate if I had a choice 4th of July.

Tell us about the modern technological device you’d fight your sister for.  But, which device would you toss out the window happily?

My phone. I gotta have it. I would toss the Alexa out the window. Don’t need it and don’t want it even though my daughter owns one lol.
